On the Command Prompt window, type wmic useraccount list full and press the enter key on the keyboard of your computer. Once the command is executed, you will be able to see all the User Accounts listed on the Command Prompt screen. Right-click on the Start button and then click on Computer Management option in the menu that appears. On the computer management screen, click on Local Users and Groups.
